WHO WE ARE
Kain & Associates was originally founded in 1978 on Dupont Circle in Washington DC by Michael R. Kain as a real estate acquisition, development, and management company. Initial projects were primarily on Dupont Circle, Georgetown, Adams Morgan, Woodley Park, Old Town, Alexandria, and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Kain & Associates is proud of its efforts to improve all communities where it has a presence. We look forward to continuing these efforts in the future.
